Today is not a good day- My sleep pattern is again turning on its head- My concentration is at an all time low (this is taking forever to do) and I have severe pain in my legs. I have rung the doctors and spoke to my GP who has written me a script for some dehydrecodeine to replace my cocodamol as they dont appear to be working too well at the moment. But hey I have come across this on a link sent to me and it is very accurate reading. That is all I can manage for today .
